Architected for scale

Salesforce Consulting

Consulting, implementation, and optimization across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and managed delivery workflows.

What we deliver

  • CRM implementation and optimization
  • Salesforce development and automation
  • Managed services and governance
  • Multi-org architecture and integration planning

Who this is for

This service is for companies already running Salesforce, or about to, who need the platform to match how the business actually works. That includes teams on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud who have outgrown their original setup, and teams standing up a new org who want it built right the first time rather than fixed later.

Deliverables

What we do

CRM implementation and optimization

We configure and tune Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud around your actual sales, service, or portal workflows, not a generic template. That covers object and page layout design, record types, validation rules, and the reports your team actually looks at.

Salesforce development and automation

Where configuration is not enough, we build with Apex and Lightning Web Components, and we automate repetitive work with flows. We aim for automation your own admin team can read and maintain after we hand it over, not a black box only we understand.

Managed services and governance

Once an org is live, we provide ongoing support: bug fixes, small enhancements, user support, and the housekeeping, such as field and permission cleanup, that keeps a Salesforce org from becoming unmanageable as it grows.

Multi-org architecture and integration planning

If you run more than one Salesforce org, or need Salesforce talking to other systems, we plan the architecture and data flow before we build, so the integration still holds up a year or two later.

Engagement

How an engagement runs

01

Discovery

We sit with your team to understand the current setup, the pain points, and what a better version of the system looks like.

02

Plan

We turn that into a scoped plan, with the configuration, development, and automation work broken into stages you can review before we start.

03

Build

We configure and build in a sandbox, with regular check-ins rather than one long stretch of silent work.

04

Launch

We test, migrate, and release into production, with a plan for rolling back a change if something needs to be reversed.

05

Support

Once live, we stay on to fix issues, answer questions, and handle the small adjustments that only show up once real users are in the system.

What you see each week

A short weekly update on what moved, what is next, and anything that is blocked, plus direct access to the people doing the work, not a rotating point of contact.

When this is not the right fit

This is not the right fit if what you actually need is a Salesforce administrator hired directly onto your own payroll, or a one-time configuration change with no ongoing relationship. Our Strategic Talent Solutions service covers direct hiring instead.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does Salesforce consulting cost?

It depends on scope. A focused configuration project is priced differently from an ongoing managed services engagement. We scope and quote after the discovery conversation, once we understand what you actually need.

Do you work with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, or only Sales Cloud?

All three. Most engagements touch more than one cloud, since sales, service, and portal workflows usually need to stay connected to each other.

Can you support an org someone else built?

Yes. Reviewing and taking over an existing org is a normal part of managed services work. We will tell you plainly if we find something that needs attention.

Do you write custom code, or only configure Salesforce?

Both. We configure first wherever configuration is the right tool, and we build with Apex and Lightning Web Components when the requirement genuinely needs code.

How do we get started?

Use the contact form or write to connect@techventivesolutions.com, and we will set up a discovery conversation about your current setup.
