Who we are and what this policy covers

Techventive Solutions, legal name Techventive IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U72900UR2022PTC014655), operates the website at www.techventivesolutions.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, why we collect it, and how you can reach us with a question or a request. It covers the public website, our contact form, and our candidate registration form.

It does not cover QRCraft, which is a separate product with its own privacy policy on its own site, linked at the end of this policy. It also does not cover employment data for anyone engaged through our Employer of Record service for India. That data is covered by the employee's employment contract and a separate privacy notice, not this page.

What we collect

Here is what we collect through this site:

• Contact form. Your name, email, company, phone number, message, the topic you select, and the product you are asking about, if you choose one.
• Candidate registration. Your full name, email, phone number (optional), current role, experience level, and a link to your resume or LinkedIn profile. When we open that link, we also see whatever you have chosen to include in the resume or profile itself.
• Analytics and cookies. Google Analytics 4 records page views and a small number of button-click events, with IP addresses anonymized, and it loads only after you accept cookies in the notice shown on your first visit. Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights record aggregate site performance, such as how fast pages load, without cookies. The only cookies set on this site are set by Google Analytics, and only after you accept. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or block cookies in your browser settings, and the site works without them.
• Technical logs. Our forms use a hidden field and a short-lived, per-IP request limit to cut down on spam. As part of that check, your IP address is held in memory briefly. Our hosting provider also keeps standard request logs for a limited time to run and secure the service. We do not keep a database of visitor IP addresses.

Why we use it

We use contact form and candidate registration data because you gave it to us for a specific purpose and asked us to act on it. That is your consent, and we use the data for that purpose and no other. Analytics cookies also run on your consent: they load only after you accept them in the cookie notice, and you can withdraw that at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Spam checks and request logs exist only to keep the site working and secure, and we use them for nothing else.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information.

Candidate information is shared with a client company only when a specific role is being discussed, and only after you have agreed to it. Nothing about your profile goes anywhere without that agreement, whether the match is with a client company or within Techventive's own network.

We also share information with the service providers who help us run the site: Vercel, which hosts the website; Google, which provides our analytics; and our email provider, which delivers form submissions to our team's mailbox. These providers process information on our behalf, for our purposes, not their own.

Retention

We keep candidate profiles for one year from the date you register or last update your profile, then delete them unless you ask us to keep you registered. You can ask us to delete your profile sooner at any time by emailing connect@techventivesolutions.com, and we will remove it. Contact form messages stay in our mailbox for up to two years so we can follow up on them, and you can ask us to delete those at any time as well.

Your rights and how to exercise them

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to delete it, withdraw any consent you have given us, and nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to. Withdrawing consent does not undo what we did lawfully before you withdrew it, but it may mean we can no longer consider you for roles or respond to your enquiry.

To use any of these rights, or to raise a concern, write to connect@techventivesolutions.com. We may ask a few questions to confirm it is really you asking, and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

International transfers

Our hosting provider and our analytics provider may process information on servers located outside India. By using this site, you understand your information may be handled in other countries, under those providers' own security practices.

Security

We use HTTPS to encrypt information sent to and from this site. Access to form submissions is limited to the Techventive team members who need it to do their jobs. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable, practical steps to protect what you send us. If a security breach ever affects your personal data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website, tools, or practices change. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

If you have a grievance about how we have handled your personal data, write to our Grievance Officer, Shyam Kumar Bansal, Director, at sbansal@techventivesolutions.com with "Privacy grievance" in the subject line. We will acknowledge it and respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can raise the matter with the Data Protection Board of India.
