Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Techventive IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Techventive"). By using this website, you agree to them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms apply to anyone who visits the site, including anyone using its contact or candidate registration forms.

Use of the website

You may browse this site, read about our services and products, and use the contact and candidate registration forms for the purpose they are built for: starting a conversation with our team, whether that is about a project, a product, or a role. You agree not to misuse the site, try to disrupt how it runs, use automated tools to collect data from it, or submit false information through its forms. You may not copy or republish content from this site for commercial use without our written permission.

The text, design, and other content on this site belong to Techventive IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or are used with permission.

Techventive® is a registered trademark of Techventive IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Techventor® is a registered trademark of Garima Bansal, used by Techventive IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. with permission for its in-house technology and product team.

Enquiries and candidate registration are requests, not contracts

Submitting the contact form, or registering as a candidate, is a request for us to get in touch. On its own, it is not a contract between you and Techventive, an offer of employment, or a promise that you will be placed in a role. We aim to respond to every message we receive, but a form submission commits either side to nothing beyond that first conversation.

You must be 18 or older to use the forms, and what you submit must be accurate and about you, or about the company you represent. By sharing a resume or profile link, you give us permission to use it to consider you for roles, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Recruitment, EOR, and product engagements

Recruitment engagements, Employer of Record arrangements, and product engagements are each governed by their own written agreement, signed separately from this website and from these terms. These general terms describe how the website itself may be used. They do not set the commercial terms of any engagement, which are agreed once specific work is scoped. QRCraft is governed by its own terms of service, published on its own site.

Early-access products

Time-Off PRO and NativeDocs are described on this site as early-access software. They are not currently listed on Salesforce AppExchange, and their features, pricing, and availability may change as they develop. Product pages describe current functionality and early-access pricing. Final terms are confirmed in your agreement.

Information, not advice

Articles and guides on this site, including the blog, are general information. They are not legal, tax, HR, or other professional advice, and you should take advice on your own situation before acting on them.

Third-party links

This site links to other sites we do not control, including QRCraft's own site. We are not responsible for the content or the practices of sites we link to. Once you follow a link away from this site, the other site's own terms and privacy practices apply.

No warranty

This website is provided as is. We do not promise it will be error-free, available without interruption, or suited to any particular purpose beyond providing information about Techventive and its services. This applies to the website itself. It does not affect any separate warranty or service level you agree to as part of a signed engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Techventive is not liable for losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here overrides the terms of a separate signed agreement covering recruitment, EOR, or product work.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and it will always show a "last updated" date.

General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are the whole agreement between you and Techventive about the use of this website. They do not replace any separate written agreement you have with us.
